1. Acceptance of Terms
JuicyStarz (the “Service”) is operated by Website Design Company LLC (“JuicyStarz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our 18 U.S.C. §2257 compliance statement, each of which is incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use constitutes acceptance. The Nature of the Service section below governs the interpretation of these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
JuicyStarz is a professional-networking, remote-performance, and adult-content-production platform for verified adults. The Service exists to connect verified adult performers, producers, studios, and crew, to facilitate remote performance between consenting verified adults, and to support the creation and distribution of documented, §2257-compliant adult content.
JuicyStarz is expressly not an escort service, a dating-for-compensation service, or a venue for soliciting, advertising, arranging, or compensating in-person sexual services of any kind. Connections, bookings, and engagements made through the Service are for lawful professional collaboration, remote performance, and the production of documented adult content only.
Any attempt to use the Service to solicit, advertise, arrange, or pay for in-person sexual services is a material breach of these Terms and is strictly prohibited under the Acceptable Use section. This section states the intent that controls how the rest of these Terms are read and applied.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You represent that your access and use are lawful where you reside.
Access from jurisdictions with age-verification requirements is conditioned on completing verification, and we may require you to verify your age or identity before granting or continuing access. Any user who appears in, or uploads, content represents that every person depicted is 18 or older, identity-verified, and has consented to both the creation and the distribution of that content.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to keep your account information accurate. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Verification & Production Compliance
Access to certain features, and the ability to appear in or upload adult content, is conditioned on identity and age verification. Every performer depicted in content on the Service must be identity-verified and at least 18 years old at the time of production.
- Uploaders must obtain, hold, and retain a valid model release for every depicted performer.
- Uploaders must maintain the age-verification and identity records required under our §2257 compliance program and must provide them to us on request.
- Content may be held for review, restricted, or removed until verification, model-release, and record-keeping requirements are satisfied.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JuicyStarz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content to operate and improve the Service.
For all content you submit, you represent and warrant that:
- you hold and will retain model releases and §2257 records for every depicted performer;
- every depicted person is at least 18 years old, identity-verified, and has consented to both the creation and the distribution of the content on the Service;
- the content is not non-consensual intimate imagery and was not created or distributed without the consent of every person depicted; and
- you have all rights necessary to submit the content and to grant the license above.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to engage in, post, or facilitate any of the following:
- Illegal content of any kind, including CSAM or any content involving minors (real or simulated).
- Non-consensual or exploitative content, doxxing, or harassment.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, meaning intimate images created or shared without the consent of every person depicted, including so-called revenge content and computer-generated or “deepfake” intimate imagery.
- Prostitution or escorting, or the solicitation, advertising, offering, or arrangement of in-person sexual services for money or any other compensation.
- Circumventing on-platform payment or messaging in order to arrange off-platform payment, or to arrange in-person or off-platform contact for any purpose prohibited by these Terms.
- Human trafficking or sex trafficking, or any use of the Service to promote, advertise, or facilitate the trafficking of any person.
- Misrepresenting your age or identity, or uploading content that depicts any unverified or non-consenting person.
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property or rights of publicity.
- Attempts to circumvent security, probe systems, or scrape the Service at scale.
- Any violation of applicable law or our community standards.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
8. Anti-Trafficking
JuicyStarz prohibits human trafficking and sex trafficking in every form and has zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation of any person. We maintain identity verification, content moderation, detection, and reporting measures designed to prevent, identify, and act on trafficking and exploitation.
We report apparent child sexual abuse material and apparent child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate authorities, and we cooperate with lawful investigations. If you encounter content that you believe involves a minor, trafficking, or non-consensual activity, report it immediately using our in-product tools or the content removal request page.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service (software, design, trademarks, logos) is owned by JuicyStarz or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
10. Reporting & Takedowns
Use our in-product report tools or the Contact page to report violations of these Terms. You can also file formal complaints through our complaints process.
Non-consensual intimate imagery. Any person depicted in content, or their authorized representative, may request removal through our content removal request page. We remove confirmed non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid request and use reasonable efforts to detect and remove identical copies. This depicted-person removal and appeal right applies whether or not you hold a copyright in the material.
Copyright (DMCA). Copyright owners may send a notice of claimed infringement to our designated agent. A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the material to be removed and where it is located, provide your contact information, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, along with your physical or electronic signature. Notices may be sent to our designated agent at [DMCA AGENT NAME / CONTACT: OWNER TO SUPPLY]. We provide a counter-notice process and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
11. No Agency / Independent Relationship
JuicyStarz is a platform. It is not the employer, agent, manager, talent agency, or representative of any user, and it does not direct, supervise, or take part in any engagement that users arrange. Users are independent and are solely responsible for their own content, conduct, bookings, engagements, and tax and legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and JuicyStarz.
12. Payments, Payouts & Live Features
Monetization features (including payments, payouts, and any virtual currency) and live-video features are not generally available at this time. When these features launch, they will be governed by additional terms presented to you at that time, which will form part of these Terms. Until then, these Terms do not grant any right to monetize content or to access live features.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUICYSTARZ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 or amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Website Design Company LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Dispute Resolution
Binding arbitration. Except as set out below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION PROVIDER: default AAA (American Arbitration Association); OWNER/COUNSEL TO CONFIRM] under its then-current applicable rules, rather than in court.
Class-action waiver. Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice through the Contact page within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. If you opt out, the rest of these Terms still apply.
Exceptions. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for actual or threatened infringement, misuse, or violation of intellectual property or platform-security rights.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. The sections on ownership, user-content representations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration under the Dispute Resolution section, the exclusive venue for that dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the date above; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
