JuicyStarz is an online platform that hosts content created and uploaded by its users. JuicyStarz does not create, produce, or direct that content.
Service Provider, Not Producer
JuicyStarz operates as an online service provider hosting user‑generated content. It is not the producer of the content published by its users. Under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, the obligation to create and maintain age‑verification records for a depiction rests with the producer of that content — the user who created and uploaded it — not with JuicyStarz.
Records & Custodian
JuicyStarz is not a Custodian of Records under 18 U.S.C. §2257. Each producer who uploads content is responsible for maintaining the required age‑verification records for that content and serves as its Custodian of Records. JuicyStarz does not hold itself out as the custodian for user‑generated content.
To reach the custodian for a specific depiction, or to raise a concern about any material, use the Contact page with enough detail to identify the content. JuicyStarz will route the request to the responsible producer where possible and will take appropriate action, which may include removal.
Report Concerns
If you discover content that you believe involves minors, non‑consensual activity, or otherwise violates law or our terms, report it immediately using in‑product reporting tools or via the Contact page. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removal and notifying authorities.
Age Verification
As platform safeguards — separate from any producer's §2257 record‑keeping — JuicyStarz verifies the age of viewers at the gate, verifies the identity of account holders who publish adult content, and applies automated and manual moderation. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to remove content or accounts that do not meet these requirements.
