In compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, JuicyStarz requires all performers appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct to be 18 years of age or older at the time of production. We maintain required age‑verification records for content we produce or for which we are the primary producer.

Primary Producer vs. Service Provider

JuicyStarz operates primarily as an online service provider hosting user‑generated content. For user‑submitted content where JuicyStarz is not the primary producer, the obligation to maintain age‑verification records lies with the original content producers. We make reasonable, good‑faith efforts to ensure compliance, including verification and reporting workflows.

Custodian of Records

Requests regarding the location of records for content produced by or for JuicyStarz, where JuicyStarz is the primary producer, may be directed to the Custodian of Records. Submit a written request via the Contact page and include sufficient detail to identify the material.

Report Concerns

If you discover content that you believe involves minors, non‑consensual activity, or otherwise violates law or our terms, report it immediately using in‑product reporting tools or via the Contact page. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removal and notifying authorities.

Age Verification

Performers depicted on JuicyStarz must be 18+ at the time of production. We employ verification checks and moderation controls and reserve the right to request additional documentation when appropriate.
